This venue is beautifully decorated with a warm welcome from the exceptionally friendly staff.

It was fairly clean with very efficient staff at all times. Eggs, bacon, and breads were nice and outstanding.

This hotel has more or less good location for Majorca, hotel wasnt full with young and wild teenagers . Room service ( cleaners) - I think it was best part overall of the hotel, they are really made cleanings every day and changed towels.

Oh , there was a lot of things I really didnt like. For example , we took half board ( breakfast and dinner) , so when we had dinner you can eat food but if you want to drink something (even water) you have to pay, in my vision it is not ok at all. Hotel doesnt provide fridges , if you want fridge you can rent it 3 euro per day. In room we had small tv but without remote, if you want remote -10 euros in deposit , please :) Stuff speaks poor English and most of the time they replied in Spanish . I will not stay in this hotel in the future, I dont think it should be 3 star hotel..maybe only 2 stars

Fabulous property with incredibly nice staff. Lots of breakfast options including freshly made cheese, meats, and breads. - Very quiet area with a central location close to various attractions such as the waterpark, airport station, bus station, and city center. - Convenient access to Coves de Son Veri de Baix.

Hotel provides very nice clean accomodation, service and staff at the hotel is very good. Not so far from the beach cca 8 min by walk. I can really recommend this hotel.

It's not to far from the beach but it's a bit on the side so you can get some peace, but that peace begins only at 10pm when they turn the music off from their "own" disco.

the attidude to tourists isn't the world's friendliest, they are more interested in their world than helping out us with our stuff

The hotel is modern and spotless. the personnel are hard-working and very efficient. the location is exceptionally nice, with lovely views in the restaurant. the hotel is conveniently located next to Bahamas 1 for food, drinks, and entertainment. the beach area is only a short five-minute walk away. Honestly, no complaints whatsoever.

Pool was basic, Rooms very basic Breakfast was not a very good standard ate out for the 2 days we were there

Staff did not speak english or want to try. no coffee in room or lobby for early risers. Beds are bunk type. No wash cloths.

This place meets the requirements, and I would recommend it without any complaints.

It was exactly what we expected for that price range - decent room, 5 minutes from the beach and close to all the clubs and pubs. I probably wouldn't take my family there though.

The food was poor. Dinner was inedible and lacked choice. Breakfast was ok although don't drink the coffee

the rooms are new-fashioned and spotless and complete with a balcony overlooking trees, a decent sized bathroom and wifi. the setting is amazing and magnificent, near a beach and a very pleasant walk along the promenade, and a quiet area away from the main drag. the place to have lunch not very far from the hotel is restaurante casa aurelio.
